1. About this policy

This policy explains how the Comic AI application provider identified in the App Store collects, uses and protects information when you use the app.

2. Information and use

We process content you submit, account identifiers, purchase records, device and network information, and support correspondence as needed to provide and maintain the service, process purchases, address requests and prevent abuse. Apple handles payments; we do not receive your full card number. Where required by law, processing relies on providing the service you request, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

3. Service providers and sharing

To fulfill your requests, submitted text and images may be sent to our backend and AI services, including fal.ai and its connected model providers. Supabase provides account and storage services; RevenueCat and Apple support purchase management and billing. Providers process data under their applicable policies, including retention and model-use practices. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

4. Storage and security

Information may be stored on your device and on cloud infrastructure, including in Japan and other countries where providers operate. We retain it as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, maintain security or meet legal obligations, using access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure. Deleting a local item or uninstalling the app does not automatically erase server records. Contact us to request account or cloud-data deletion. Transaction, security or backup records may need to be retained. International transfers are subject to applicable legal safeguards.

5. Your choices and rights

The system photo picker shares the images you select; saving to Photos requires the relevant permission. You may manage permissions in iOS Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent or contact a data-protection authority. Send requests with your Support ID using the contact below; we may verify account ownership. Deleting the app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

6. Children and updates

The app is not intended for children under 13 or the higher minimum age required locally. Minors must obtain guardian consent where required. Contact us about information submitted by a child. Policy changes are published here with an updated date; additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.
